Money

Having, making, getting, attaining money, is akin to reaching out for and effectively using power. It can give us the feeling of having power. Play with the experience and do not let it take you away from your true essence. Money is not sacred.

Our relationship with money gets easier when we are in the mode of Playing instead of effort-ing. We can harness the power that we give money in a peaceful way, or get we can get greedy and misuse the power.

The power of money is just an illusion. It is not wrong to use money and our ability to attract it. The experience of attaining and using money is about the energy of the money not the money itself.

We can learn to attain more money and physical abundance by playing with the energy of it. Not by giving our power away to it.

The true power is the life force energy within us. That power and your will or intention together can be used to do fantastic things.

Our thoughts and intentions become one to create the physical that we experience.

Learn to move the energy. Learn to play with the energy. And by all means don't be afraid to let it go.

Self

How do others see you? Consider what you look like physically, the whole package.

Your body and appearance will come to reflect your most frequent thoughts about yourself and how you experience the world.

Spirit

Spirit

Spirit help me to follow my highest path.

Help me to ignore the noise of the world and listen to you instead.

Help me to allow any dis-ease to fall away.

Guide my actions towards others so that I may do your work.

Open my throat so that I may speak to others the words that have come from you, but only after I have listened to what they have to say.

Encourage me to seek the light within myself.

Give me courage to seek truth and to be in integrity at all times - with myself and others.

The energy or essence of God/Goddess/Spirit/Creation is within us all. Everything together equals God. We are all One. It is like God split into many parts. We are those parts. Together we make up the body of God; Earth, Humans, Animals, Fishes, Water, Insects, and even the creations of Humans and Animals.

I have heard, if you want to get to know yourself; ask yourself what you believe about God. If it is a happy loving God, then you will want to get to know yourself. If it is a judgmental/punishing God, you won't want to get to know yourself. This is because you are God. You are a blessed divine part the Whole.

I also believe that our beliefs can limit us. So I try not to hold on too tight to what I think is so. I have learned that I am better off when I stay open to new ideas and information and embrace what feels right to me.

Your Answers are Within. Yes, you can learn to follow your intuition and act on faith. The first step is to want to. Your desire to do this is important.

Learn to love yourself just the way you are! We all have much to learn. (Or we would not be here on Earth.) We can all grow.

We can all teach. When people ask us for advice/ help/ answers, they are helping us to focus in on our own inner knowingness and answers through helping/answering them.

Thoughts Become Things

You get what you think. Because we look for evidence to support what we believe, we usually find it.

Let=s say that you had an experience in the past where someone was unfair with you. You were very loving and kind to them but it seemed that they just took advantage of you.

When it comes to interactions with other people, we have different parts of our lives; Family, friends, work, and perhaps dating or love realtionship. Then there is also doing business with utility company or bank, getting service on your car or home maintenance. In some areas it is easy and happy but in others not so easy.

So let=s say that the experience you had with someone being unfair was with a mechanic who was fixing your car. The last place that you took car to for repair treated you unfairly. Because of this, when you go to a new place you are going to subconsciously look for evidence that proves that you can not trust them either. You feel that they too could be unfair with you. You want to trust them but you feel vulnerable. On some level, it is like you EXPECT it to happen again.

Have you ever heard the saying; Awhat you fear will appear@? Thoughts manifest. The more emotion (good or bad) around a thought, the faster it appears!

How can you change it? Let=s go back to the car mechanic. Look for evidence that; they are honest, know what they are doing, and want to be fair with you. As you do this, you will start to find the evidence you are looking for. Remember what you focus on expands. This will not change the other person into someone that they are not. But your feelings

about them and the positive emotions/energy around what you expect from them will cause them to treat you accordingly.

Do trust your intuition. You may feel Anot right@ about someone. Because you are in the positive expectations, you are open enough to feel the intuitive nudge to go elsewhere. When unsure, it is good to postpone commitment and go back later if you choose. What part of your life do you believe that people are going to be unfair with you?

Work on it. Some small part believes that we are not worthy. Or we want to prove that we are really are victims and need help.

We all have had something positive that we believed manifest as true.

If you believe that when you go to classes the teachers always like you, you will love learning and this will be true.

Let=s say you keep telling yourself that learning is hard and frustrating for you. Here too, you will get what you expect.

The negative, the positive, you did not even do it on purpose. You got what you believed and then you kept giving yourself proof of what you believed.

When find yourself focusing on the negative, look for evidence of what is positive about the person or situation.

Your thoughts create your reality. Thoughts become experiences. What you experience in the outer world comes from the inner world - your thoughts.

Journey of Connected Breathing

June 2003

Imagine that you are laying on a soft mat, you feel your closeness to the earth. Your eyes are closed and covered with a dark cloth. You are relaxed. Your stomach muscles are rising and falling as you breathe in and out.

There is rhythmic music playing in the room where you are. As you continue to breathe, taking deep and full breaths each time, your hands and fingers are beginning to tingle.

While you are breathing, your mind drifts off and you forget to breathe for a moment. You remember to pay attention to the music. You let the rhythm take you away. Your breathing dances in time to the music. You smile as you breathe. Love, love, love says the mind as the body feels the flow of wind going in and out.

Sparkles of light give energy to chi. You are one with the breath. Breath in energy-light and dark goes out. There is a room stocked with heavy boxes - weights. This is where you have stored memories of trouble and pain. You are ready to visit this room now as the breath guides you along.

You enter in through the doorway to the room. Tears come from your eyes and roll down you cheeks as you continue to breathe, tingle, and ride the rhythm.

It seems funny to you; it looks like pain, hurt and sadness coming out, but you feel fine - just fine. Happy in fact! You have become the observer. You are breathing deep and full. You are all. You are one.

Journey continued...

As the light in the air comes into you with each inhale, any darkness that had been inside of you is illuminated and breathed out. When the light is turned on, the darkness goes. Physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, you are cleansing on all of these levels. While part of you is working, part of you is dancing.

Again, you remember to keep breathing. The body screams, the baby laughs as you remember that you are dancing. Someone outside of you touches your arm and says that you are going to be okay. Inside you see someone smile at you, then you hear crying. You remember to breathe and focus on the music. You hear a baby cry again. You realize that it is you making those sounds. That noise is you, right now!

You do not feel your body. You do feel your body. Love, love again. So you work hard to breathe, breathe, breathe. . . .

You have been breathing for quite awhile now. Your rate of breathing relaxes. You feel yourself feeling good. Everything is going to be okay! EVERYTHING!

Then someone tells you to breathe slowly now. So you breath like you normally do, slower but with more awareness now. The music is soft and peaceful, and the rhythm has slowed down. You relax. You feel like you are just waking up. Then someone tells you to feel your body and open up your eyes. You are ready. You open your eyes and you SMILE.

It's Time

It's Time

We measure and count time and days. This must age us. Our programming - the belief in time and what it will do to us. We were taught to count years as progress as we grew up. We met the requirements to reach certain of society's marks. Age requirements for entering school followed the proper ages that we should recognize parents, speak and walk.

Then came the teen years. Does thirteen really feel like a teenager, much less the adult status to pay more to get into movies and events? Then "sweet" 16? Why sweet? Is it the innocence of being inexperienced and having an adult body? Driving is legal now. That does not mean a license to drive adults crazy. Eighteen is of age to vote and to be tried as an adult in the legal system. Then twenty one comes and is a good thing, it is what we looked forward to.

Twenties are seen as prime time. Thirty starts us on the way to things that are not so fun to look forward to anymore. The round years are the hardest. 30, 40, 50, 60. The adult years we were taught to look forward to - only continue as a spiraling down. Or so that is what society seems to be telling us now.

Take personal essence and meaning not from the number but from the experiences you have lived. Times that you spent living in the moment. It was natural when we were children. But, we were pushed to move forward.

It's Time continued...

How many moments of presence, forget the "how many"- Don't count! Seek quality not quantity. The ripeness comes from the meaning you give to yourself and your life. Spoils emerge from the exact same place, (the meaning you give to yourself and your life)! The present moment is rich and ripe and full!

Moving Forward

Changes and handling them can be easier when you realize thatdeep inside we all want to feel control of what is happening on the outside. Our physical bodies are constantly changing. Our concept of self can come from our relationship to our own bodies. The physical body changes are constant and subtle, just like the physical things and people we experience in our world. Go with these physical or outer changes by realizing that your current thoughts are your control mechanism.

Take personal essence and meaning not from the number but from the experiences you have lived. Times that you spent living in the moment. It was natural when we were children. But, we were pushed to move forward.

That is not as easy as it sounds but is very possible. Thoughts like: "I am flexible" and "I welcome new and exciting experiences" are helpful. Know that we all have complete and total control within us. Circumstances, situations and things that we see on the outside, present an illusion that makes us forget that we have the complete and total control of our world and our experience.

We must remind ourselves of the strength we have within.
