Purpose August 2004 |
|
|
Purpose Many people want to know what their purpose is. Purpose being career or some important thing they are supposed to be doing in this life. When we do not feel joy and satisfaction in what we are doing we suspect that this means that we are in the wrong profession that we have not found our purpose. In order to be happy we need to see that we are already fulfilling our purpose. Some would say that your purpose here is to realize the true being of God, Spirit, Light that you are. This does not mean that you will be stuck doing something you do not like. It means that you are waking up and looking for a meaningful life, for what you call ALiving your Life=s Purpose.@So you have to start somewhere. Loving What You Do Acceptance of what you do like about where you work and what you do is an important first step. This generates confidence and selfesteem. Notice what you like about what you currently do and what you are good at. What you focus on expands! A lot of times people who do not like their work are having trouble with co-workers. This is something that will follow you no matter where you go and what you do but can be changed. Notice what you like about yourself. Which of your personality traits are attractive. Ask yourself which traits you have that others like, and what makes your friends enjoy being with you. True happiness and your confidence in knowing your value to self and others are very attractive. Attractive means attracting genial people, things and situations to yourself. We all have the need to feel useful, to contribute. See if there are situations in your work and with others that allow you to feel needed and appreciated. |
Purpose cont. There are things that you already do that fulfill the need to feel useful. Look for situations at your work where you are contributing, no matter how small. You cannot make a wrong choice. Your feelings of misery and fighting what it is that you are doing instead of accepting what is and working with it, is where the pain comes from. You cannot be punished from an outside source. Nothing outside of you punishes you. You are one with God, Spirit, Light etc. And the divine part of you is not the part that punishes. Your thoughts, and feelings that come from what you believe bring pain and disappointment. The sooner you accept what you are doing as perfect for the moment, the sooner you will feel better, and as you feel better, you become clearer. This clarity makes it easier to evaluate and recognize which kinds of work would help you to utilize your talents. Ask yourself some questions. What do you want to do? Do you want to work with others? Do you want to work alone? Look at your personal strengths and perceived weaknesses. Do you need training to do what you want to do? Be careful, many people are only focusing on why they are in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing. They are doing nothing about it and they would rather complain than put in energy to create change. Looking at and holding to negative thoughts only causes more pain. Do you want to feel like you are in your Life Purpose or don=t you! It is what you think about it, not what you are experiencing that causes your discomfort. Life Path Class Discover what you came here to do. We will use Meditation techniques, Astrology, Channeling and Counseling to help you find out what your purpose is. Class set for February 2005 or call to schedule a one on one class to fit your schedule now. |

Mother Earth Goddess July 2004 |
|
Mother Earth Goddess Chelsea did not know about the Spirit of the Earth. At least not as a faith or belief. She might agree that there was an energy about the earth and nature. Chelsea was a very practical woman. She loved flowers and trees because they were pleasing to look at. She had a vegetable garden because she felt it was best to eat natural food. She felt that genetic engineering and non organic food certainly could not promote good health and a long life for humans. Every night in the moonlight she could be seen taking out her fruit and vegetable discards. She had a place beside the garden where she emptied the bag. It was the only practical thing to do. M.E.G. (short for Mother Earth Goddess), was busy night and day. One night while making her nightly rounds of caring for her animals, insects, and vegetation, she saw beautiful energy coming from Chelsea’s yard. Now, Chelsea knew nothing of M.E.G., and her fairies, sprites and other elementals. It is unlikely that Chelsea would believe that they existed. She knew that there were very good and accurate scientific descriptions for all that was earthly and not created by man. Because of explanations and proof that she found in her studies of science, she was not a religious person. She would say that religions and their beliefs about God were silly and illogical. She knew Earth was nature and coexisted with humans. M.E.G., seeing the beautiful energy around Chelsea’s place knew that something was different about its caretaker. Humans that loved and cared for nature were few and far between, especially in the city. The next day M.E.G. went to Chelsea’s yard. The plants and trees and the garden were beautiful, but it was the compost pile that glowed. This is where most of the beautiful energy was coming from. The spot that Chelsea visited and fed each night was glowing with love. That night when Chelsea went out to deposit her unusable vegetable matter, she noticed an empty space where all the other compost had been. |
MEG cont. The next day when Chelsea was leaving for work she heard noises in her backyard. She went to see what all the commotion was and saw hundreds of birds flying about a large beautiful tree. This tree was not there last night, and it was right where the compost pile used to be! When Chelsea got home that afternoon, she went to check her backyard. It was not a dream, the tree was still there, and there was fruit or SOMETHING on the tree!? She pulled a piece off and tasted it. It was wonderful! Soon she was sharing this tasty fruit with her friends. The fruit kept coming back. There was no logical explanation for this. As word got out about the wonderful fruit, more and people came to ask for some. Fearing that there would not be enough, they offered money and gifts for the fruit. Chelsea had no logical explanation for this phenomenon. One night when she went out to add to her new compost pile, a beautiful kitten came to her, stopped looked up and stared into Chelsea’s eyes. Then Chelsea heard a voice from above her over near the tree. "This tree was created by your love and devotion." Chelsea took deep slow breaths and kept staring at the kitten and said, "Who are you?" " I am Mother Earth Goddess, I am the energy and the being of the earth and all that she offers to mankind." Said M.E.G. A sound came from Chelsea "Mm mother uh earth?" "Yes, but you can call me Meg. This gift I give you will nourish you and all who come to pay you for its fruit. I want you to be free of the need to spend your life working. You are an example to others. All whom you touch through your possession of this tree and its fruit will learn from you and become more like you from their desire for, and their tasting of the fruit." "Meg" Chelsea called out. But M.E.G. was silent. Her work here was done. The kitten was named Lil Meg and stayed with Chelsea and her tree as a reminder that; Anything is possible with Love. Work with the Earth not against her! |

Dreams June 2004 |
|
|
Dreams Dreams are messages from our Guiding Entity (some call it the higher self). Call that part of you whatever you want, it is your connection to Infinite Intelligence. Most of the time dreams come in symbols, although not as often, they can show us actual information about the future. Understanding your dreams can give you guidance for the daily steps that can make life easier. These small steps can lead to bigger things in life. Here are some things you can do to help you to understand and use your dreams for guidance. - Keep a pen, some paper and a small light by your bedside. When you wake up anytime during the night or the next morning, you can write the dream down. It is unlikely that you will remember a dream that is followed by another dream the same night. Having pen, paper and light ready, is also a way of telling your subconscious mind that you are willing to do what it takes to remember your dreams. By doing this you are programing yourself to remember dreams. - Remember to write down your dreams when you wake up. Write whatever you remember. Just remembering the dream or recreating it in your mind may not be enough. You need to write it down. At least tell someone about your dream or repeat the sequence of your dream out loud to yourself. Focusing on the dream and telling the story increases your chances of remembering it. We ALL have dreams. Those who say that they are not having dreams are just not remembering them. There are certain times during our sleep that dreams are more likely to happen. It would be helpful to get a good night=s sleep. Too little sleep may not allow enough time in the dream stage of your sleep. Dream symbols are very personal, direct from Infinite Intelligence to us. Everyone=s dream symbols may not be the same. The communication from source is given to us using information and symbols that are stored in our minds. Our stored information comes from experiences that the body/mind has already picked up living on earth and before we were born. Dreams are constructed from this information. So why don=t dreams make sense if they are from our own experiences? |
Dreams cont. Imagine that your own individual collection of body/mind experiences is not used by Infinite Intelligence as whole experiences but broken down into pieces or colors, which are the separate parts that made up the experiences. These parts or Acolors@ are used to paint a new story. They are put back together to create a dream that you remember from your sleep. You can learn to interpret your Adream language@ and to understand your dreams. When you write down or speak your dream out loud to self or someone else it becomes a story. But what does the story mean? As a whole, a dream can be hard to understand. Tell the dream as a story then break it back down into parts. A dream is made of parts. Examples are; yourself, the other characters in the dream, things, places, situations, and story (what dream is about). You do not have to remember the whole dream to get information. Use whatever you remember. Get into a make believe state of mind, play, make stuff up. Ready, lets play with your dream! - First take yourself in the dream, who are you and what do you represent? - Other people; who are they what are they symbolic of? Things, places - Are they actual or symbolic? If symbolic, what are they symbolic of? Situations; symbolic of what? What is the over all meaning of the dream for you? If you have practiced meditation and can connect with your Guiding Entity, higher self, this could be a lot be easier. It is YOU, the part of you that is your connection to Infinite Intelligence, that gives you the dream in the first place. Do not be afraid to learn from, listen to, and trust that part of yourself. It is okay if you do not understand the information given at first. It takes practice. The whole process is about getting to know you. You are much more than you think you are.~ ~ Instant Meditation can help you get used to listening to your Guiding Entity. Once you have learned this method, I can show you how to go through your dreams using the list above and learn their meanings. |

CruciFICTION not CruciFIXion (e.g. drug-FIX) - feel and embrace your own suffering OR Only Your Suffering Can Save You, Not Jesus's I've always had an aversion towards the story of the Crucifiction. I project on it the past with my father. He was "Jesus" who suffered for us - to give us a good life. But at what cost? I would never be able to be "bigger than life" as he was. I would never be able to suffer as much as he did for me. My life paled next to his - in fact I had no life. He was the Godfather - a legend in his own time. Who can compete with that? I was never going to be "enough". This man "did so much for me" and everyone else, - it was beyond guilt and gratitude - it overshadowed my own sense of power as a creator. It blocked my sense of self-responsibility for creating and miss-creating. Consequently,"the crucifiction" blocked my own relationship with the divine within my self. My father was God. Not me. We humans do not want to look at our emotional "stuff" - like our suffering. We would rather clothe it in mental stories (blame) rather than feel it. This "scape-goat" mythology blocked my own acknowledgment of my own suffering. I dared not think or feel that I had "suffered" or was entitled to feel pain, or rage, or devastation when my father was a "victim of the Holocaust". |
However, suppression of emotions is suppression of the whole range of emotions, - sadly, it blocks the full expression of freedom, aliveness, and joy as well.We want to be RIGHT about our mental creations - so we will do whatever it takes to keep them in place. What parent/ artist is not defensive and attached to their creations? But, when we really feel our own pure suffering - the "reasons why" don't matter anymore - we just want it to stop - and that's when we finally open to, "there must be a better way". I was a victim until I saw the irony - I created my father to "save me". Self-empowerment became a reality when I could take responsibility for my MISS-CREATION. And none of this came about until I fully felt and embraced my own suffering.Whether it's a parent, or any other idol outside of ourselves that we give the power of salvation to - the Crucifiction embodies all these lesser gods, and is about giving away our power with both hands, as creators of the universe. If I could identify myself with Jesus in the crucifiction - "Hey! that's me on the cross, and I put myself up there" - then it's my story - the human story - our story. I realize I created my suffering with the limitations of my ego. I created the world as I see it with the same limited ego. When I finally awakened to the suffering I had created (by being broken into irreparable pieces, as a result of simple cause and affect - not by any "god" out there) - I finally broke myself open for my divine self to take over. If the crucifiction can awaken people to their own suffering (miss-creations), and consequently choose the God in themselves to take over - then it has truly served a divine purpose. |

If everyone is perfect, then no one is better or worse than me! I unconditionally love and accept you just the way you are. The biggest think that is in my way is my own mind.
What if you could have anything in the world you wanted and all you had to do is ask? What if you could have anything in the world that you wanted and all that you had to do is open your heart to receive? For a moment I become anything I see. And in turn everything I see becomes a part of me. What if I recognized that everything I see IS a reflection of me? EVERYTHING! Everything that is meant to be mine will come to me. I just have to get out of the way. Because, if I am in the way, it will just take longer . . . Or maybe if I am in the way. I will not realize that I already had it all along.
The best presents in life are free. NOW!
Sometimes I am attached to my attachments. I am a totally free being here to experience life. Life is for living . . . Not dying. You can have it all. Are you a human doing or a human being? Oh, you are a spiritual being, then you should have no trouble at all.

What is the worst that could happen?
Ten two-letter words; If It Is To Be It Is Up To Me.
Who is looking down on you? It had better not be you!
Name three people you love and then sacrifice everything you are and have for them. You call that love?
Life=s simple pleasures are the beasts. If you are an animal lover. 9 out of 10 infants agree; Life=s simple pleasures are the breasts.
Just three little words; 1). stop 2). touching 3). me!
If pigs could fly . . . Then it would not matter if you did not eat like a bird.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you wake up in the morning? |

Happy New Year When does your new year start? Are you one of the many traditional people who go with the calendar year idea? Or maybe you want to go with the calendar year but it never felt right. The Jewish New Year starts with the Fall season in late October. The Chinese New Year starts at the end of January. When forecasting with Numerology or Astrology, your personal New Year starts on your birthday and goes to you next birthday. January 1st somehow never seemed to work for me. I would make resolutions but the January energy was not potent enough for me. It felt disconnected. I knew a man who was really good at making and keeping resolutions. I wondered why, then I realized that his birthday was in early January. So maybe this birthday stuff has something to do with it. Since I was born in October the Jewish calendar idea would work for me. Then that means that all of the Aquarians need to use the the Chinese calendar as their New Year. Using the birthday seems easy and personal. In Astrology forecasting your next 12 months is called a Solar Return. You have a chart cast for the date that the sun returns to the point that it was when you where born. Then that chart is used to forecast what the next year will hold in store for you. |
In Numerology, the month and date of your birth is added to the year of your last birthday. Example; for this year (2004) someone born in September would add their birth month and date numbers to 2003. (Remember it goes from birthday to birthday.) The sum of the numbers would equal the Year number which gives the overall outlook for your next year up until your next birthday. Numerology can also give a more detailed reading by breaking the year down to months. Some even consider the numerical value of your age. Letters in your name can also tell about the course of your life and what the coming year will hold. Some people believe that each new day is the new beginning. Remember: Atoday is the first day of the rest of your life@?Experiment for yourself, see what works for you. These are just beliefs anyway. Whose beliefs influence your future outcome, society=s or yours? Make it personal. If you do not have a belief about ANew Beginnings@ you may want to create your own. If you do, look at what you do believe and see if it is working for you. And remember; Our Thoughts Create Our Reality.
